Description
Balsamic Seasoning XTRA is a mix of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Made by Acetaia Castelli, it is a very dense and sweet product, slightly sour, and with an intense aroma aimed to sweetness. Its fruity taste makes it exquisite and well appreciated.
Where to use it in Gastronomy:
It pairs perfectly with meats, ripened cheeses like Vezzena, Pecorino Romano DOP, Tabaccaio, excellent for risotto and pumpkin tortelli.
Ideal also as digestive.
Ingredients: Lambrusco grape must, cooked over a direct flame and aged in small barrels of different woods and wine vinegar. It is a natural product that does not contain any colorants, preservatives and thickeners, no sulfites added.
