Where to use it in Gastronomy:
This excellent product enriches every dish with a delicious sweet and sour note. Perfect when paired with Parmiggiano Reggiano DOP, beef fillet, strawberries.
Ingredients: cooked must from salamino, trebbiano and spergola grapes, which then follow the alcoholic fermentation and the acetic oxygenation.
Aspect: Dark intense Brown, Limpid, Brilliant.
Density: Very Dense and Persistent.
Aroma: Pungent and Persistent, with an intense bouquet and a pleasant acid note, smell of the barrels made of different woods (durmast, cherry, juniper, mulberry, pear and chestnut).
Taste: sweet and sour, well balanced, acidity and fragrance congruent with all the olfactory characteristics.
