Cavas are those wines achievable to the tastes of different customer segments. Minimum of 15 months on their own lees.
Grapevine: 40% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeo, 20% Parellada, 10% Chardonnay.
Dosage: 8 g/l (Brut).
Color: Bright light yellow with perfect bubbles and an excellent lather.
Aroma: Cereals with notes of mature fruit as apple and pineapple.
Taste: Slightly sweet, but elegantly balance, dry and intense.
Serving temperature: between 6°C – 8°C in flut wine glass.
Pairing: Fish courses, fresh goat cheese or as aperitif.
