This Pedro Ximénez Naranja is made from the maceration of the grape varieties Pedro Ximénez and Zalema with bitter orange rinds, aged inside American oak barriques.
Wine: the Pedro Ximénez takes its name from the variety used, which is let sun-dried for the production following the Solera method. An unique wine, exstraordinary and unrepeatable.
