Description
Angelys Pear jam is an artisanal product. Its origin descends from central Italy, more precisely, from the capital of the province of Macerata, in the Marche region. It has a creamy and smooth consistency, with a particular piercing aroma. This unique aroma is given by the pear itself, which is an ancient variety rediscovered only few years ago named “Angelica“. The color is brownish orange, the consistency is smooth, without coarse pieces, which makes it perfect to accompany white meats, such as chicken and capon, or aromatic cheeses. Moreover, this jam is excellent for breakfast.
All the recipes for these jams are literally resumed from “grandma’s recipes” by a couple, who, in 1996, decided to plant those ancient fruits that characterized the area and to create the first laboratory in order to offer homemade jams and sauces.
Moreover, from the union of their shared love and passion for good, healthy and well-made things, pear jam was made.

- Food pairings: a good pairing is with white meat like chicken, turkey and capon. In addition, it is a perfect pair for aromatic cheese like Pecorino with Pears. Nevertheless, pear jam is perfect for both pies and breakfast.
