Description
Lacrima di Morro d’Alba Jelly is an artisanal product. Its origin descends from central Italy, more precisely, from the capital of the province of Macerata, in the Marche region. It has a smooth and clean consistency, with the typical intense aroma of the best known Marche’s wine: Lacrima di Morro d’Alba. This unique product is given from the extraction of the wine. The scent is strong, intense, very aromatic, vinous, with shades of wild berries. The taste is intense and characteristic, with a lightly sour aftertaste. The color is dark violet, clean and homogeneous. It is perfect to accompany games, but it’s best is with foie gras, paté and blue and wine refined cheese. This wine jelly does not contain alcohol!
All the recipes for these jams are literally resumed from “grandma’s recipes” by a couple, who, in 1996, decided to plant those ancient fruits that characterized the area and to create the first laboratory in order to offer homemade jams and sauces.
Moreover, from the union of their shared love and passion for good, healthy and well-made things, Lacrima di Morro d’Alba jelly was made.
The net weight in the glass pot is standard 220 g.
