Pineapple Extra Jam is a really particular preservative. The producer successfully processes pineapples into a balanced jam: sweet, with a light sour note as the fruit itself. The making process of this pineapple jam is strictly kept between the family members. Moreover, even though pineapples are not native of Italy, this jam is 100% Made in Italy, in the province of Treviso to be precise.
However, the pineapple extra jam is a multipurpose product. Its use is wide, perfect for breakfast on buttered bread, delicious for exotic tarts and exquisite when paired with semi-aged and aged cheese like pecorino.
