Blanche de Liège is a typical wheat beer, made following the most ancient Belgian style by Val-Dieu Abbey. An easily recognizable beer, due to the particular color: not golden, but slightly opalescent due to a small quantity of lees in suspension that allows a continuous refinement, even after bottling.
The taste is simple, although you can perceive some white fruits, citrus and malt notes. Whereas, the aroma is slightly more complex, you can scent citrus, coriander and light spices.

Did you know…?
Blanche de Liège is the first Belgian beer labeled as “Prix Juste Producteur”, which literally means Fair Producer Price. In fact, this label allows farmers (and market players) to work in the best conditions and to be remunerated fairly. A guarantee of irreproachable quality over time.
