Description
Blanche de Liège is a typical wheat beer, made following the most ancient Belgian style by Val-Dieu Abbey. An easily recognizable beer, due to the particular color: not golden, but slightly opalescent due to a small quantity of lees in suspension that allows a continuous refinement, even after bottling.
The taste is simple, although you can perceive some white fruits, citrus and malt notes. Whereas, the aroma is slightly more complex, you can scent citrus, coriander and light spices.
