Description
Razor clams (Navajas in Spanish) are bivalve mullusks, that live in a vertical position inside the sand. Natural razor clams are without shell and cooked, ready to use as an exquisite appetizer served with a sprinkle of olive oil and paired with a glass of sparkling wine. They can be also served sautéed to season either pasta or rice.
