Description
The word Aureum has three different meaning in Latin: the first refers to the golden color, the second to the Aura, which is the soul and the last one to the Aureo number or Golden Section, which has always been the fulfilment to perfection. From 48 to 72 months on their own lees.
Grapevine: 50% Xarel.lo, 30% Chardonnay (10% of which is fermented in barriques), 10% Pinot Noir and 10% Parellada.
Dosage: <2 g/l (Brut Nature).
Color: Bright straw-yellow with perfect and continuous bubbles and a perfect full mousse.
Aroma: Clean notes of dried apricot, ripen fruits (peach and grapefruit), croissant, coconut and vanilla.
Taste: Fresh and persistent, endless, rich and round, with apple, almonds and wild fennel notes. To taste and to donate!
Serving temperature: between 6°C – 8°C in flut wine glass.
Pairings: Suggested with fish courses, fresh goat cheese or as aperitif.
