Fermentation: at low temperature, following the Granvas system, so the second fermentation happens in big stainless steel tanks.
Color: straw-yellow with green reflects, fine and persistent bubbles.
Scent: green apple, with light notes of young wood and balsamic.
Taste: balanced in its acidity and sugars that make it fresh and pleasant.
