To have this sweet delicacies is used the best variety of dates harvest in Sahara desert: Deglet Nour dates, which mean “light fingers” or “fruit with a brilliant light”. Once deboned, these dates are filled one by one with an artisanal cream made of almonds pralinés and a light part of bitter orange. In this way, they obtain a very nice pairing. Once filled the dates are coated with a thin lay of excellent chocolate.
